A Belgian national, Catherine Schoesetters has a background in the service industry, sales, marketing and management. In her capacity as Executive Vice-President for ATI, a major travel group, she managed a team of nearly 100 and received the company’s highest recognition award for team achievement.

In addition to the day-to-day management of the company, Catherine launched several new departments and created an Advisory Board of Major Customers. As Director Sales and Marketing Belgium for BIT and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, then as an International Account Manager, Catherine Schoesetters managed multicultural teams and major worldwide accounts such as Kodak, Oracle and Bristol-Meyers Squibb.

Since 2000, Catherine Schoesetters has been developing and giving management training in English, French and Dutch for her multinational clients. In addition, she has trained in time management, NLP, psychology and leadership.
