An experienced business and technical writer, Nigel Griffiths has been responsible for the writing and editing of a range of multilingual magazines and newsletters: Single Market News (DG Internal Market), CORDIS Focus, ENN (European Venture Capital Association), Euro ventures News Quarterly, Start-Up (European Seed Capital Fund Network), and Synergy (DG Informatics).

He also contributed to the launch of GLOBE Network, an international grouping of environmental lawmakers, was content manager and Internet consultant to the PES Group in the European Parliament, and handled the copywriting, media relations and organisational support at the (pre-Rio) European Environment Conference, Strasbourg, acting for Ripa di Meana, Maurice Strong, Al Gore, Dr Alexi Yablakov, etc.

Nigel also has extensive experience of writing/editing material for private-sector organisations – Alumax, DaimlerChrysler, Polydoc, Siemens, SWIFT, Viatel, Volvo – and is content manager for a series of websites. He speaks fluent French and German in addition to his native English.
