Philippe Rosinski

A professional coach with a lifetime’s experience of working across cultures, Philippe Rosinski has set out to integrate these two dimensions – coaching and culture. He illustrates his conclusions, mingling ‘how to’ advice with fascinating anecdotal evidence, in his book Coaching Across Cultures, published in 2003.
Philippe Rosinski
Philippe is the first European to be designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. He is a skilled motivator with a strong record in developing global leadership skills, having worked with the Center for Creative Leadership before establishing his own consultancy. Today clients for whom he provides both executive coaching and team coaching services, include world corporations like Unilever, Baxter Healthcare, IBM and Chubb Insurance.

Philippe Rosinski is an excellent trainer and speaker. He has pioneered the integration of the cultural dimension into coaching, showing the latter can deploy more human potential, leverage cultural differences and more effectively address the complex challenges of our global environment.

With degrees in mechanical and electrical engineering and a postgraduate degree in business management, Philippe combines a balanced awareness of the physical and the psychological realities of modern life.
