Laxmi Chaudhry

Born in East Africa, of Indian origin and of British nationality, Laxmi is a seasoned Human Resources and Training professional, with 27 years experience in both strategic and “hands on” HR, working in blue chip companies in the financial services, business to buLaxmi Chaudhrysiness, publishing, airline and engineering companies in both UK/Europe and Asia Pacific. Laxmi has high quality consulting, presentation and project management skills. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujerati and Urdu and has extensive international and cultural experience, along with a strong cultural awareness and belief in adding value. Laxmi’s strength includes the setting up of Human Resources departments from scratch, designing and conducting performance management programmes, interactive customer services workshops and coaching senior and middle management on cultural awareness and effective business management.

She trains as well coaches/briefs management in cultural awareness and effective management of working in a cross cultural environment. She is a trained Mentor and mentors small and start up businesses in the technology sector. With her fluency in 4 Asian languages, she provides real time interpreting services to the NHS in the UK.
