He helps companies develop glob al mindsets, teaches managers the essential skills of negotiating, marketing, selling and servicing across cross-cultural frontiers and shows executives how to work with multi-cultural teams and create profitable global alliances.Michael Hick's experience comes from a lifetime of international travel and in-the-trenches action in one of the toughest, competitive businesses on the planet: during 40 years in international insurance, 26 of them with Lloyd's of London, he formed and ran 12 successful corporations on 4 continents and did day-to-day business in 41 countries.
