Philippe Leman

Having risen through the ranks of the Unilever organization – from Business Systems Manager for Belgium in 1994 to Excellence Coordinator for France and the UK in 1998 – Philippe Leman became co-founder and managing director of Pilgrim Support SA in 2004.
Philippe Leman
The consultancy helps corporations on the path towards excellence, drawing on Philippe’s 17-year experience with Unilever, and offers an innovative, simple and effective approach to promoting values and concepts of quality and excellence in client companies.

Pilgrim Support provides organizations with real-life case studies of excellence programmes, impactful testimonies of people, individually and in teams, harnessing attitudes, behaviour and methods in order to achieve excellence. The stories are supported by comic-strip media and ‘excellence cards’.

Pilgrim Support works with large accounts such as the French La Poste, UCB Pharma, ING Belgium, General Motors France, Pepsico Belgium, GlaxoSmithKline and Tractebel Engineering. The consultancy addresses senior managers as well as night shift workers, heavy industries as well as service businesses, and European and other public institutions.

In 2005 the International Junior Chamber of Commerce (JCI) accorded the ‘Innovative Enterprise Award Brussels-Wallonia’ to Pilgrim Support for the creativity and effectiveness of its approach.
