Philippe Rosinski

A worlwide authority of the international coaching profession, Philippe Rosinski is the first European to be designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and a member of the Global Advisory Panel of the Association for Coaching.Philippe Rosinski

Philippe is a highly regarded keynote speaker, combining his coaching skills with an intimate understanding of cultures, personal, professional and national. He is a skilled motivator and talent developer, having worked with the Center for Creative Leadership before establishing his own consultancy. Today clients for whom he provides both executive coaching and team coaching services include world corporations like Unilever, Baxter Healthcare, IBM and Chubb Insurance.

Philippe Rosinski integrates the dimensions of coaching and culture. In his talks, he illustrates his conclusions, mingling ‘how to’ advice with fascinating anecdotal evidence. He is particularly appreciated for bringing deep and visionary insights, for speaking to the heads, hearts and souls, in a style characterised by authenticity, congruence and lightness.

His book, Coaching Across Cultures, was published in 2003 and represents a pioneering contribution.

Philippe Rosinski is a professor at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business in Tokyo.
