Rob Bigge

Fascinated by the human mind and passionate about helping people develop their own potential, Rob Bigge focuses on increasing personal effectiveness and efficiency, developing people’s creative problem-solving abilities and helping people work more effectively together in teams.

For the majority of his career he has undertaken roles that have involved considerable interaction with others: since 1998, when he joined IBM Belgium to coordinate an international group of IT specialists and manage IBM’s relationship with the European Commission, this has increasingly involved working with multicultural teams.

Subsequently Rob set up and managed a company focused on software systems for airport operations, an experience that gave him front-end experience in intercultural team-building and management.

His recent assignments as a partner of the GreenHouse Group have included planning, managing and staffing team-building events and creative problem-solving workshops for the European Commission, and personal effectiveness (goal setting, time management etc.), creative problem-solving and meeting management training for NATO. Rob speaks good French in addition to his native English.
